We rebuild and furnish parts for flock cutters made by Pekrun and Berger. Pekrun is a very old German built machine from the 1950's These machines are no longer made, however we make and sell all parts necessary for the continued repair and operation of them.
We have rebuilt, repaired or modified 20 or more of these machines for various customers over the years. Once all repairs are made and adjustments have been done, these are very accurate machines, so accurate that they handle cutting Nano fibers with ease!
Berger cutters are still made today, however they have exceptionally long lead times from the manufacturer. The current models are the FL80, FL + Cut 120, FL 150 and Cut 250.
